Aarendelle's home: a flower paradise with sustainability certification

Aarendelle is exclusively distributed by Sonneveld – a renowned family-owned company with decades-long experience in cut flowers. The company's headquarters are situated in Bleiswijk in the Netherlands. Sonneveld has more than 62,500 square metres of greenhouse and outdoor space at these premises. This is where it pours all its passion, skill and care into the production of quality cut flowers. For several years, Sonneveld has also been placing an intense focus on cut hellebores. Aarendelle is a cut hellebore series that, like all Sonneveld cut flowers, represents the highest quality.

Aarendelle's distribution chain. Freshly harvested from the greenhouse to wholesalers and florists

Aarendelle is harvested on site in the greenhouse and immediately put in a cool place for storage. Along with the special varietal characteristics, cool storage conditions and a special post-harvest treatment ensure that the flower stems have a long vase-life. The stems are bundled up into bunches of ten, with two bunches each being placed in a bucket of water. They are shipped on the next morning to arrive at your place fresh and in premium quality.
